Chef Alex went vegan 16 years ago and forms unique recipes to honor the deep respect she has for her culture, tradition, wellness, & sustainability. La Llamita aims to bring people together through inclusive dining experiences formed across vibrant, nourishing, and culturally rich meals. Alex holds a plant-based nutrition certification from Cornell.
