My name is Sabrina Miles, and I am the founder of the Waist Game, a woman focused fitness, and wellness community created to empower women to become physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger while building confidence, connection, and community.

Throughout the year, the Waist Game host women centered experiences, including fitness events, wellness gatherings, conferences, challenges, and it's signature an annual Gala weekend which features Friday flex, vendor experiences, and an annual awards gala celebrating the accomplishment and growth of women in the community
