I’m the organizer of Mom Meetups & Matcha—a growing community of wellness-minded moms in Calgary who gather regularly to connect, move, and support one another.

In addition to hosting in-person meetups, I also create content on motherhood, wellness trends, low-tox living, and healthy recipes through my Instagram platform, @theholistic.jen. My goal is to inspire modern moms to feel good from the inside out—with practical tips, brand recommendations, and community.

We’re planning a special Mother’s Day Meetup on May 10th with about 25 moms attending, and I’d love to include your brand! We’re looking for thoughtful goodies or samples to share at the event and would be happy to share your brand on social media and during the gathering.
