The Mom Walk Co. La Mesa is a local mom community built around connection, movement, and making motherhood feel a little less lonely. We host free, welcoming walks and family-friendly events throughout East County San Diego, bringing moms and caregivers together to walk, yap, meet new friends, and enjoy their little ones alongside them. Our community is all about low-pressure connection, local businesses, and creating a village for moms.
