Movement has always been my therapy.

After having my daughter, finding time to move while navigating new motherhood felt nearly impossible. Out of sheer desperation, I got creative and started incorporating pilates and barre inspired carrier workouts, tummy time planks, and stroller squats whenever I could squeeze them in. Slowly but surely, I started to feel– and look – like me again.

Recognizing that I was not alone, I decided to pursue a professional fitness certification to empower other moms to reclaim movement and find joy. I created The Stroller Edit for the moms who get it.

The Stroller Edit is Orange County’s premier fitness experience, thoughtfully curated workouts that blend stretch, strength, and sculpting, all designed for moms and minis to enjoy together in beautiful locations.

I’m deeply invested in luxury forward products that support wellness and romanticize modern motherhood. I love to help moms (Orange County, CA moms in person and throughout the United States through my Instagram community) feel confident in the choices they make for themselves and their families.
