I am a dedicated and ambitious age-group triathlete from Austria with a strong passion for the sport. Over the years, I have had the privilege of competing in two World Championships, with the absolute highlight being the race in Kona, Hawaii. My next major objectives include achieving a sub-3-hour marathon, a sub-9-hour Ironman, and securing another qualification for Kona.

In addition to triathlon, I am deeply passionate about nutrition and thrive on analyzing data and statistics. On my Instagram channel, @thetrifox, I document my daily training routine and provide insights into my approach to nutrition.

My wife, @quirina_felizitas, is an expert in managing the social media presence of (large) companies through her advertising agency, which ensures my passion for sharing stories on social platforms is well-supported.
