As someone living with hEDS, POTS, and hereditary ATTR amyloidosis, I bring a deeply personal and honest perspective to everything I share. Whether I’m teaching trauma-conscious yoga, navigating injection days with my Kindle and a cozy blanket, or showing how I modify movement for real bodies—I prioritize authenticity over perfection, always.
I’m a long-time volunteer with Connected Warriors, offering free yoga to veterans, active-duty military, and first responders, and I’m passionate about making wellness accessible, inclusive, and sustainable.
