I’m Kelsie Breann Moser, the Founder and Director of Total Chaos: Moser’s Community Garage a movement born from legacy, loss, and the drive to build something that outlives me.

I’m creating a multi-facility community empire in Belmont County, Ohio built from the ground up to bring people together through creativity, hard work, and heart. My platform is about more than trucks, garages, or business it’s about transformation. Turning grief into growth. Chaos into creation. Dreams into something real.
