Gluten-free foodie, travel lover, and event enthusiast based in Indianapolis (but always ready to hop on a plane for my next adventure).

I’m all about finding the best eats, unforgettable experiences, and making sure gluten-free never means missing out. From local hidden gems to major festivals, I bring my audience along for the ride.

I’m also a Stage 4 endometriosis and adenomyosis warrior who chose a total hysterectomy at 33 to take my life back, so accessibility, inclusivity, and real-life experiences matter deeply in everything I share.

When I’m not creating content, you’ll find me with my Partner Matt and our cats, Flora & Lily, or in a crowd somewhere vibing to EDM (probably chasing my favorite artist, Illenium).
