U District Student Housing is a 500-bed student community located in the heart of Seattle’s University District, just steps away from the University of Washington. Our residents are college students seeking balance, connection, and memorable experiences while living away from home—making our property the perfect place for brands to connect directly with Gen Z consumers in a fun, authentic environment.

We host a variety of resident events throughout the year designed to build community and enhance student life, including:
• Wellness Wednesdays – Free yoga, smoothie bars, and self-care giveaways promoting mental and physical health.
• Move-In Week Welcome Bash – First impressions matter! A high-energy kickoff event with music, snacks, and brand pop-ups.
• DIY & Craft Nights – Residents personalize their spaces with sponsored supplies and decor items.
• Game Day Tailgates – Husky-themed parties featuring snacks, drinks, and game-day gear.
• Study Break Pop-Ups – Coffee, snacks, and goodie bags during finals week to keep students fueled and focused.
