Two best friends discussing all aspects of life and enjoying every moment. We have a passion for health and fitness and as we expand our audience and grow we are hoping to add health products as part of our discussions. We upload podcasts 3 times a week and are actively trying to grow our other social media platforms. I also currently stream on Twitch as an affiliate at Twitch.tv/holyshokadin2004. We would like to be able to make this a career one day and be able to help others and even make them laugh some!
