I’m a 33 year old mother of 4, I recently got certified as a Pilates instructor. I have a full time job aside from my certification and opened a small club in spring valley. My goal is to help moms feel great about themselves whether it’s through exercise, prayer or relaxation. As a mother who has struggled with mental health my goal is to help other moms as well.
