I am the Executive Director of Viper Institute of Performance (VIP), a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing high-performing youth athletes on and off the competition grounds. As a former four-year collegiate basketball player, I draw on my competitive experience to equip young athletes with the tools, discipline, and mindset needed to succeed at higher levels of sport.
Following my collegiate career, I have spent six years as head coach of both boys’ and girls’ volleyball in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. During that time, I have led our programs to five consecutive state championship appearances between the two teams, building a reputation for discipline, strong culture, and competitive excellence. I have also coached Viper Volleyball Club RI for four years, where I have seen firsthand the challenges and barriers created by pay-to-play sports systems.
Driven by a deep commitment to mentorship and long-term athlete development, I founded VIP to create structured opportunities for student-athletes who may lack access due to their environment. My mission is rooted in opening doors, breaking barriers, and equipping the next generation with the tools, exposure, and confidence to compete at the highest levels — in sport and in life.
