Hi, I'm Briana, founder of Vivo Hot Pilates & Yoga, a boutique infrared-heated Pilates and yoga studio opening in East Northport, NY.

My passion for wellness extends far beyond fitness. I believe movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to care for ourselves, build resilience, and feel more connected to our lives. That belief inspired me to create Vivo, a space designed to help people move with intention, challenge themselves, and prioritize their well-being.

Through Vivo, I'm building a community centered around health, personal growth, and intentional living. I'm excited to partner with brands that share these values and create meaningful experiences for our members both inside and outside the studio.
