My name is Amber Cobb, and I am a proud member of WHO of North Webster. For over 10 years, our group has been dedicated to serving the people of Webster Parish by providing support and assistance to individuals and families in times of crisis.

Our mission is simple: to step up and help when people need it most. Whether it's delivering cash assistance to a family who has just lost their home to a fire--so they can buy toiletries, clothing, and other necessities--or helping cover funeral costs after a tragic loss, we are here to help.

Our organization was founded by an incredible woman, Casey Warford. After her husband Heath was badly burned in an oilfield accident, the North Webster community came together to support them through his recovery. Casey was inspired to "pay it forward," and WHO (Women Helping Others) was born out of that vision. Since then, we've raised thousands of dollars and impacted countless lives across our community.
