I’m a healthcare professional, wellness educator, entrepreneur, Pilates instructor, and lifestyle creator passionate about whole-person wellness, movement, beauty, education, and community connection.

I currently work in healthcare and medical education while pursuing my PhD in Health Education & Promotion, and I maintain strong relationships with medical schools, universities, healthcare professionals, students, and community organizations throughout Northeast Ohio. Education and authentic human connection are at the center of everything I do, whether that’s through healthcare, movement, wellness, beauty, mentorship, or community engagement.

I’m also the founder of WELlife Ohio and owner of Calico Core Movement Studio, an education-based Pilates and movement studio preparing to open its first brick-and-mortar location in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. My brands focus on realistic wellness, sustainable movement, confidence, lifestyle, and creating approachable health experiences that support everyday life rather than perfection.

I’ve spent over 20 years working within health, wellness, fitness, movement, beauty, and lifestyle spaces. In addition to my healthcare and wellness background, I’ve also worked as a professional makeup artist for over 15 years, and I continue to integrate beauty, skincare, wellness, travel, and lifestyle naturally into my content and everyday life.

As a biracial female entrepreneur, much of my journey has been built through resilience, adaptability, hard work, and creating opportunities through community relationships and personal initiative. I’ve never been someone who simply waits for opportunities to happen… I build them.

Authenticity is the foundation of every partnership I pursue. I don’t apply to or pursue collaborations simply for sponsorship opportunities or compensation. I intentionally align only with brands I genuinely use, trust, and naturally incorporate into my daily life. I believe people are creatures of habit, and the brands we consistently return to become part of our routines, identity, and lifestyle.

For example, I proudly serve as a brand ambassador for Comfrt Clothing because it was already a brand I consistently wore and genuinely lived in long before any partnership existed. That same philosophy extends to brands such as Alani Nu, Poppi, Khloud Foods, and Fabletics — brands that naturally fit into my routines and align with my values surrounding wellness, confidence, individuality, and realistic healthy lifestyles.

Having personally struggled with weight, wellness, and confidence throughout different stages of life, I deeply value products, brands, and routines that encourage sustainable healthy behaviors rather than perfection or exclusivity. To me, wellness is about consistency, accessibility, confidence, education, and feeling empowered in your own body and life.

Beauty and skincare partnerships are also deeply meaningful to me. As a biracial woman and longtime makeup artist, my complexion has historically been difficult to shade match, often requiring me to custom blend products. While frustrating at times personally, it strengthened my skills as an artist because it taught me to focus on enhancing natural beauty, understanding undertones, inclusivity, and helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

I’m especially passionate about partnerships connected to women’s wellness, healthcare lifestyle, beauty and skincare, fitness and movement, recovery and self-care, educational initiatives, community-centered wellness events, travel and lifestyle experiences, and opportunities that empower people or create positive change within communities.

Ultimately, I value partnerships that feel natural, educational, community-oriented, and aligned with the lifestyle I genuinely live every day. My audience values trust, relatability, education, and realistic approaches to wellness, beauty, movement, entrepreneurship, and lifestyle balance, which is why authentic storytelling and meaningful connection are the foundation of every collaboration I pursue.
