Hi!
I am “Weird Hal”, a late-diagnosed AuDHD person. My content is largely based on my experiences as a late-diagnosed wife/mom and finding peace within myself as well as the world around me— now that I have new diagnoses. My intention is to share my journey and tips/tricks I’m learning along the way with others who might be on similar journeys. I have even started a Discord Server for neurodivergent shes and theys to find community and like-minded people. My core values are authenticity, vulnerability, effective communication and building genuine, meaningful connections.
