I create content that’s all about movement, adventure, and real-life performance, both mine and my dogs’. I’m a professional dog trainer and international agility competitor, so my days involve a lot of running, training, traveling, and keeping both myself and my dogs in top shape.

I share behind-the-scenes moments from international competitions, training sessions, road trips, and outdoor adventures. My content blends humor, honesty, and helpful tips, from what gear and supplements we actually use, to how I manage recovery and stay feeling good. After being hit by a car in a crosswalk several years ago, I deal with chronic pain and recurring headaches, so I’m always looking for healthy ways to support my body and stay headache-free, especially on high-output days.
