I’m a communications professional, educator, and creator with a strong focus on authentic storytelling, community engagement, and brand partnerships that feel natural and impactful. My work blends strategic communications with lifestyle-driven content, helping brands connect meaningfully with real audiences.

I currently lead and run the communications program for Women Speak Up, where I support women through messaging, visibility, and community-centered initiatives. In addition, I teach in the field, sharing industry knowledge and real-world experience with the next generation of communicators. I also serve as Head of Communications for the Department of Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where I oversee strategic messaging and institutional communications.

My work has been recognized through awards and features, and I’ve partnered with respected brands and institutions including the New York Mets, HP, Yellow Picnic, Amazon, The Met, and more.
