As the owner of YogaSix Burlington, I’m proud to lead a women-owned, locally owned studio built on connection, movement, and community. I truly believe movement has the power to change lives — creating strength, confidence, clarity, and balance both on and off the mat. My goal is to create a welcoming space where people can show up exactly as they are, move their bodies, reduce stress, and feel supported while building healthy habits that carry into everyday life.
