My name is Zach Carlson, and I proudly serve as the Social Media Coordinator and Athletics Associate at Xavier College Preparatory, Arizona’s premier all girls high school. At Xavier, our mission is to empower young women to lead with confidence, both in the classroom and on the playing field. With over a dozen sports programs, from volleyball and basketball to golf, lacrosse, esports, and our pioneering all girls flag football team, Xavier provides opportunities for student athletes to compete at the highest levels while developing leadership, teamwork, and resilience.

In my role, I work to enhance the game day experience, grow fan engagement, and highlight the achievements of our student athletes. Every event is more than a competition, it’s a celebration of female athletics, school spirit, and the bright future our students are building. By sharing their stories, I aim to connect our community, inspire the next generation, and showcase the power of young women in sports.
