I’m someone who believes deeply in taking care of the mind, body, and spirit. Wellness and yoga keep me grounded, centered, and connected to my purpose. As the Vice President of a nonprofit organization, I pour that same intention into mentorship, creating spaces where young girls and women of color feel supported, empowered, and seen. Everything I do is rooted in growth, balance, and community.
