Find the most onbrand partners in the catalog and apply your event to them. Make sure you link your socials and complete all the steps.

Run clubs, bridal and baby showers, dinners and supper clubs, birthdays, product launches, creator dinners, salon and studio openings, alumni gatherings, and campus events. If you have a defined audience and a moment you’re already hosting, you’re eligible.
Hosting on onbrand is free. Building a profile and applying to brand partnerships costs nothing. Brand partners cover the cost of product and shipping when they approve your activation.
Brand partners review your host profile — the moment, the audience, the venue, your hosting history. Fit matters more than follower count. Hosts with clear descriptions and real past moments get approved first.
Not every application is accepted — brand partners have specific audience and moment criteria. Most hosts receive responses within 2–3 weeks. Apply to 3–5 brand partners per moment to increase your odds of approval.
Posting recap content is how you build your hosting history and get approved by more brand partners. Deliverables per activation are agreed in advance — usually 3 photos and 1 short video.
Most approved partnerships ship within 2–3 weeks of application. Plan to apply at least 4 weeks before your moment for smooth logistics — earlier for product launches, press moments, or large welcome-bag runs.
