onbrand Boost Terms

By purchasing or using a Boost, you agree to the following terms. These terms supplement onbrand’s general Terms of Service and do not replace them.
1. What a Boost does
A Boost places proposals from the selected event (or influencer profile) higher in participating brands’ inbound queues for the duration of the boost window (7 days per credit). It also surfaces a brand-view readout for that window. A Boost does not guarantee a sponsorship, product sample, partnership, response, reply, or any specific outcome. Brands decide independently whom they partner with.
2. Duration and stacking
Each Boost credit adds 7 consecutive days to the selected entity’s active window. If an entity is already boosted, a second credit extends the existing window by 7 more days (it does not run in parallel or double the effect).
3. Pricing and credits
Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Paid credits are non-refundable once purchased. Future price changes do not apply retroactively to credits already in your account. Credits in your account have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the charge shown at checkout. Any disputed charge is governed by Stripe’s dispute process and these terms.
5. No refunds after activation
Once a credit is applied to an entity (a “Boost is activated”), the corresponding amount is non-refundable. This applies whether or not the Boost produces any visibility, engagement, or partnership outcome.
6. Account standing
Boosts require an onbrand account in good standing. If your account is suspended, restricted, or terminated — including for Terms-of-Service violations, content-verification failures, or fraudulent activity — active Boosts may be cancelled without refund.
7. Scope
A Boost is bound to the entity (event or influencer profile) it was applied to. Boosts cannot be moved to another entity, another account, or transferred. If the boosted entity is deleted, cancelled, or taken down, the remaining Boost time is forfeited.
8. onbrand’s discretion
onbrand may adjust ranking mechanics, pause Boost availability, modify pricing for new purchases, change the duration model, or retire the Boost product. Existing credits continue to honor the terms in effect when they were activated.
9. No unofficial endorsements
Purchasing a Boost does not imply endorsement by onbrand, any brand, or any third party. Any statements, illustrations, or communications outside these terms are not promises of outcome.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; changes are effective when posted. Continuing to purchase or activate Boosts after an update means you accept the updated terms.
