Sprouting Steps is a weekly community walking club in Los Angeles that brings women together for gentle, accessible movement and meaningful connection. Our walks are designed to be low-pressure and inclusive, creating space for people to move at their own pace while building consistency and community.

On February 15th, our walk will be followed by a Galentine’s-themed picnic, where attendees can relax, connect, and celebrate friendship and self-care together. The picnic will include light snacks, refreshments, and intentional moments to slow down and enjoy community after movement.

This event is centered on joy, nourishment, and showing up for ourselves.

This special event will feature two 45-minute Mat Pilates class sessions, welcoming a total of 65 guests. Each class offers a sculpting, low-impact flow focused on strength, alignment, and mindful movement, suitable for all levels.

Between and following classes, guests are invited to enjoy a curated shopping and social hour featuring local vendors in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle. The atmosphere is intentionally intimate and elevated — blending feminine Valentine’s Day touches with the signature Sculpt Social aesthetic.

Whether you’re coming solo, with friends, or looking to meet like-minded women, this pop-up is designed to feel both energizing and welcoming.

In Flow Studio is a growing wellness incubator and community space in Philadelphia rooted in movement, mindfulness, and connection.

We are hosting a Community Day - a day to bring together our community for a cozy day of connection, movement, and self-care.

We’ll have local vendors, aura photography & readings, and other interactive experiences for guests to explore as they get to know the space and our offerings.

Coming together with warmth moms, caregivers, and friends connecting without judgment.

Feeding families who need it most every “light” shared that night helps another family’s table shine a little brighter.

So, it’s self-care with purpose lighting your inner flame while helping others keep theirs burning.



50% of your ticket sale and 100% of raffle proceeds will directly support Brighten Our Future Early Learning Center, a local organization providing affordable, high-quality early childhood education and care for all children, regardless of economic or social status.

What your support does:

Provides snacks and drinks for children at the center

Restocks our food pantry for families in need

Supports parent resources and workshops

Enables ongoing tuition assistance

Supports inclusive, trauma-informed care for both neurotypical and neurodivergent children

Teaches food sustainability through our Hydroponics Flex Farm, sending fresh lettuce and herbs home monthly

Hosting a yoga sculpt event at a very popular venue in Boston, creating goodie bags for all attendees. Will be posting on social media.

This event will take place on January 7th at 7 PM at Free People Movement in NYC, welcoming 40 guests for an intimate and elevated experience. The pop-up will feature the Silhouette Signature Method taught by founder and CEO Alexis Sweeney herself, offering a first look at the distinctive approach that will define our brick-and-mortar studio opening in NYC in Spring 2026. As our first pop-up following our December rebrand to The Silhouette Method, this event will introduce the refreshed Silhouette identity to our community. We are currently seeking paid partnerships and premium products to feature in our attendee goodie bags.
