What Is Boost?
Boost is a paid feature on onbrand. One Boost credit places an event or influencer profile at the top of the brand discovery feed for 7 consecutive days. A Boost is bound to an entity — an event or an influencer profile — not to a single proposal, so a Boost on an entity elevates all of that entity's proposals across every brand for the active 7-day window.
How Much Does Boost Cost?
A single Boost credit is $17.99 at the 1-pack tier. Larger packs are cheaper per credit; the live per-pack pricing is shown on the Boost dialog in the app.
How Do I Boost an Event or Profile?
Boost has two steps: buy Boost credits, then apply a credit to the event or influencer profile you want to boost.
Does Boost Guarantee a Partnership?
No. A Boost places the entity at the top of the brand discovery feed for 7 days, but it does not guarantee a sponsorship, product sample, partnership, response, reply, or any specific outcome. Brands review submissions independently based on their own campaign needs, product availability, and fit, and they decide whom they partner with.
Can I Get a Refund on a Boost?
Boost credits are non-refundable. Once a Boost credit is activated on an event or profile, it cannot be refunded — including if no brand responds during the 7-day window. Can I Stack Boosts or Extend an Active Boost?
Yes. Applying a second Boost credit to an entity that already has an active Boost extends the active window by 7 more days — it does not run in parallel and does not double the placement effect. Two Boost credits on the same entity equals 14 consecutive days at the top of the brand discovery feed.
What Happens If I Delete a Boosted Event?
A Boost is bound to the entity it was applied to. If you delete a Boosted event, the remaining Boost time is forfeited — the Boost credit cannot be moved, transferred, or refunded to a different entity.
