How Do I Accept an Offer from a Brand?
Brands may handle approvals in two different ways: Some brands require an additional confirmation step before shipping. In this case, you will see an 'Accept' button, and you must click it to confirm the partnership. Other brands do not require extra confirmation and may proceed with shipping once your proposal is approved.
How Do I Change My Shipping Address?
Shipping addresses are connected to your account profile. If you need to update your shipping details, you must add the new address to your account and update it on your proposal.
Who Handles Shipping?
onbrand does not handle shipping or fulfillment for brand partnerships. Brands handle shipping directly. onbrand does not control: Shipping speed Tracking Delivery timing Rerouting or replacements
Do You Ship Internationally?
onbrand partnerships are mostly U.S.-based.
