Social Media Connections
Which platforms count, connecting them, and fixing one that won't.
Why Do I Need to Connect Social Media?
Brands use your connected social accounts to verify your audience and profile before approving partnerships.

How Do I Connect My Social Media?
To connect your social media account: Log in to your onbrand account Go to Account settings Click on the Social media tab Select the platform you'd like to connect Follow the prompts to authorize the connection
My Social Media Won't Connect
If onbrand keeps connecting the wrong account, first log in to the correct account on the social platform itself, then open onbrand in a private/incognito browser window and connect from there. A private window won't reuse your cached cookies, so it won't sign you into the wrong account automatically. This is the fastest fix for wrong-account connections on any platform.
How Do I Disconnect or Change a Social Account?
There is no in-place "change" button for a connected social account (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Twitch). To change which account is connected — for example, to switch to a different Instagram account or Facebook page — disconnect the current account first, then connect the new one. The steps below cover both a simple disconnect and a disconnect-and-replace, and apply to all platforms.
Why Is My Social Media Follower Count Not Updating?
Follower counts on onbrand sync automatically from your connected social account, but they may not update in real time.
