Build a compelling invitation or event poster, describe your guests and expected attendance honestly, and share a concrete idea for using the product. Planning checklist: Confirm your student organization, campus rules, venue and date; estimate attendance, create an event flyer and send RSVPs. Apply early to allow time for review and shipping.

Can college events get sponsored? Yes. Submit your college events event for free on onbrand and apply to relevant brands for product sponsorships. Brands approve each partnership. How do I apply for sponsors? Create your event, add the date, location and guest count, then explore brands and apply. Do I need to be an influencer? No. There's no minimum follower requirement to submit an event. Is it free? Yes. Creating an event and applying for product sponsorships is free. When should I apply? A few weeks before your event is best, so brands have time to review applications and ship approved products.
What kind of events can I post?
Almost any gathering with a crowd: run clubs, baby showers, campus fairs, pop-ups, birthdays, retreats and more. You pick your event type when you post, so brands can see who is coming, where and when.
How do brands decide which events to partner with?
Brands look at who is coming, how many, where and when, and whether the event fits their audience. A complete event, with a clear description and an honest guest count, gets more yeses.
What do brands send?
Product for your guests, shipped free to your door before the event. You see each brand's offer first, then accept it and confirm where it should ship.
How long do brands take to answer?
Most brands review applications within 3–10 business days, and you'll get an email as soon as one does. Apply at least 4–6 weeks before your event.
Do I have to post a recap?
Yes. After the event, share photos of the product in use. Brands see your recap, and hosts who post recaps get approved for more partnerships. Skipping it can put your account at risk.
What if a brand doesn't approve my event?
It means the brand passed on this event or this timing, not that your event is wrong. Keep applying: there are hundreds of brands on onbrand looking for events like yours.

Add your brand, and hosts can apply with their events. You review each one, approve the ones that fit, send product, and get the recap and photos on your brand profile.
