If you see 'proposal creation blocked,' it means your account has a pending requirement that must be resolved before submitting new partnership requests.

Common reasons include:

• Missing verification uploads
• Overdue proof of receipt
• Incomplete activation submissions

To resolve this:

• Go to Partnerships and turn on Needs action to see the partnerships awaiting something from you
• On the brand's card, click Verify (or Complete verification) and finish the steps in the verification window
• If you can't finish it, click I had a problem inside the verification window to request an exemption or more time

Once the requirement is cleared, proposal submissions will be restored.
