On onbrand, brands sponsor events with product. You list the event you're already planning and apply to the brands you'd like there; if a brand says yes, it ships product to you for free.
How do I do it?
- Create an account at https://www.onbrand.com/auth/register/
- List your event: go to Events, click New event, and add the event type, the dates, the address and how many guests you expect. See How Do I Create an Event? https://www.onbrand.com/help/how-do-i-create-an-event/
- Open the pages of the brands you'd like at your event and send each one a request for that event.
- If a brand says yes, you'll get an email and a chat opens with the brand. The brand ships the product to you.

Does it cost anything? No. The products and the shipping are free. The only paid feature is Boost, and it's optional. See What Is Boost? https://www.onbrand.com/help/what-is-boost/
Can I apply to more than one brand? Yes. You can apply to several brands for the same event. You can't send a second request to the same brand for the same event.
When should I apply? Early. You can't send a request for an event that ends within 7 days.
Do brands pay money? Brands on onbrand support events with product. There are 1,000+ brands on onbrand.
