Verification & Uploads
Uploading proof of what you did, and asking for more time.
What Is Verification?
Approved partnerships require verification uploads: Proof of receipt Activation photos or videos
My Upload Isn't Working
Check that: The file is under 25MB The format is supported (.jpg, .png, or .mp4)
I Need More Time to Upload (Exemption Request)
If you need additional time to upload your proof — for example, your event was rescheduled, or the products arrived too late and you will use them at a later event: Go to Partnerships and turn on Needs action On the brand's card, click Verify (or open the three dots menu → Verifications) In the verification window, click I had a problem Choose a Reason (for example Event moved), add Details, and pick the Expected content submission date Click Submit request
My Order Was Not Delivered (Exemption Request)
If your order hasn't arrived and you're unable to upload proof: Go to Partnerships and turn on Needs action On the brand's card, click Verify (or open the three dots menu → Verifications) In the verification window, click I had a problem Choose the Reason Delivery failure and add Details Click Submit request
My Verification Was Rejected (Changes Requested)
If a verification needs changes, the brand's card shows Verify again. Open it: the verification window shows Changes requested with the reviewer's note. Update what the note asks for, then resubmit with Submit & Continue (feedback questions) or Submit content (photos and videos).
What Does "Collaboration Complete" Mean?
"Collaboration Complete" is an automatic message in your brand chat. It is sent by the system when a partnership is closed out on onbrand — for example, after your verification or an exemption request was approved. It does not confirm that the brand delivered the products or will send a replacement.
