Will Skipping a Survey or Recap Affect Future Partnerships?

Updated Oct 15, 2026

An overdue recap pauses new applications. Only overdue photos count, not unanswered questions: the pause starts 14 days after your event ends if you're a host, or 14 days after your last delivery if you're a creator. The pause lifts when our team approves the photos you send, or right away when you send a problem report. Partnerships you already have continue as normal.

If the product never arrived, do not send photos. On that brand's page in the recap, click "Report a problem", choose "Product never arrived", then click "Send request". While the report is pending or approved, it removes the recap for that partnership. If our team rejects it, the pause comes back.
